About the job

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Consultant with deep experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) to join our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions involving case management, service console, knowledge base, omnichannel routing, and community portals.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, flows, record types, page layouts, and Lightning components (LWC).
  • Develop and maintain customer or partner Experience Cloud sites with seamless integration into core Salesforce functionality.
  • Define and implement role-based access, sharing settings, and visibility controls within communities.
  • Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and occasionally Apex where necessary.
  • Support integrations with third-party systems through REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
  • Mentor junior team members and support UAT and deployment processes.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for security, scalability, and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • 3+ years of experience specifically with Service Cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing Experience Cloud (Customer/Partner portals).
  • Strong understanding of Case Lifecycle Management, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge Management, and Omni-Channel.
  • Proven ability to configure Experience Cloud templates (Aura/LWR), branding, navigation, and component customization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Lightning App Builder, and LWC is a must.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • Salesforce certifications such as:

    • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (mandatory)
    • Experience Cloud Consultant and Platform App Builder / Administrator
