Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital brand presence and engagement across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving performance marketing, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, and content distribution for IT services or technology-driven organizations. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and strengthening AiRO’s position as a mid-sized leader in the AI and Cloud consulting space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement
- Create, curate, and manage compelling content (text, images, videos) tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels
- Plan and execute both paid and organic campaigns, including ABM-aligned initiatives, scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Design social media programs that support demand generation, website traffic growth, pipeline growth, and align with sales initiatives
- Design and manage email marketing workflows, drip campaigns, and nurture journeys through marketing automation tools.
- Analyze social media metrics, campaign KPIs, and web traffic to optimize strategy and report insights to stakeholders
- Engage with followers, manage online reputation, and respond to customer queries in alignment with brand voice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales, and product) to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign impact
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and growth hacking strategies
- Experience with paid social advertising, especially on LinkedIn Ads and campaign budget management.
- Drive influencer outreach and partner engagement strategies to amplify our digital voice.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 4-7 years’ experience in social media marketing, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, or IT services
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-platform social media campaigns with measurable business impact
- Strong command of Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and performance tracking tools.
- Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Zoho or Marketo is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
- Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills
- Solid understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital online marketing channels
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, content distribution, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with B2B buyer journeys and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches.
- Creative thinker with excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment
