Job Description

• Experience of 8-12 years in Eracent solutions like ITMC Discovery, IT Pedia, Software and licensing management, License reconciliation and vulnerability management
• Proactively engage with customers, business partner for new requirements and future goals
• Experience of enterprise software and familiarity with cloud computing systems
• Understanding the inner workings of the Eracent ITAM solution to facilitate its integration with other applications or applications within an organization.
• Demonstrate leadership to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Identify and communicate client needs with account and delivery team
• Perform GAP assessment, health check for Eracent ITMC, Discovery and ITAM solution
• Experience in Eracent end point, server discovery and vulnerability solution setup, design and remodeling
• Experience in defining migration path for Eracent ITAM solution process, data and workflows
• Experience in analyzing existing ITAM data structure, SAM, license data, integration and inter relationships
• Configure, administer and tailor Ercent solution as per client needs and ensure system efficiency
• Oversee third party tools and integration for seamless data flow from Eracent to other applications and vice versa
• Collaborate with service owners and internal team to drive continuous improvement
• Good knowledge of Cloud Technologies, networking, application and business concepts
• Well organized with a positive attitude to work on customer facing env and communicating with customers, vendors and business partners
• Domain knowledge for IT infrastructure hosted in public, private Cloud, Data center, hybrid cloud
• Experience to automate asset discovery, identifying system relationships. Experience to work on Application and Service modeling
• Experience on Eracent’s AppStore Plus Portal to manage and automate critical aspects of IT asset management and software asset management (SAM) processes.
• Good understanding on Eracent’s IT-Pedia and Discovery Data Normalization process to manage asset foundation data for service management application
• Experience in integration of ITMC, ITAM with Service Now, salesforce or other service management solution
• Good to have knowledge on Service Now, BMC, Salesforce, Ivanti ITSM and CMDB solution
• Good understanding of ETL tools like Eracent Data Extractors (EDEs) to normalize inventory data from SCCM, ServiceNow Discovery, Tivoli Endpoint Manager (TEM), Casper, TADfD, ADDM, and other widely used discovery tools.
• Experience of working as vulnerability manager for Detection, Identification and Reporting of Software Vulnerabilities
• Experience to work on employee self service solution to automate and build process to request , manage approval and process asset provisioning and license harvesting
• Analyzing existing reports and dashboard as per business requirements and suggesting migration approach

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
