We need Helix ITSM strong experience candidates who have Helix ITSM along with hands on experience and work in the customer facing role. Must have end to end development, upgrade, migration, admin and implementation experience. Experience in end-to-end project management. Strong foundation on Helix & ITSM process. End to End helix implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
