About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and driving revenue growth for our global IT services portfolio. You’ll work closely with marketing, solution specialists, and field sales teams to build a robust pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term clients.

Experience: Overall IT services experience of 8-12 years with 6+ years specifically in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, in IT services or technology domains (generating opportunities of size >1 M USD to 10 M+ USD)


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand their business needs and position relevant IT service offerings.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demos, and presentations for field sales and solution teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation and sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position company solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and sales engagement platforms like Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales navigator etc.
  • Strong research, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience selling to international markets (US, India, Middle East).
  • Familiarity with IT services such as cloud, digital transformation, cybersecurity, Data-AI-GenAI and managed services.
  • Understanding of lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and sales automation tools.
