Your Job Profile as a Sales Account Manager/ Senior Manager/ Field Sales
A Sales Account Manager/Senior Manager/Field Sales professional is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing customer accounts, building strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory, often requiring extensive on-site visits to meet with potential and existing customers.
Duties and Tasks of Your Particular Role
- Account Managers /Field Sales
- Experience in managing / supporting Accounts.
- Some delivery experience will be important.
- 60% Hunting 40% farming
- Experience in Hunting new accounts and logo
- Experience in farming the existing account.
- Experience in Software/Product Sales/IT service Sales
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales campaigns.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Education
- MBA.
- Preferably B. E/ B. Tech
Location
You must have
- Strong experience in IT Consulting/ services and platform sales for India/Asia region as a Hunter
- Experience of handling revenue target and successfully achieving targets
- Experience of sales/account management in India, Middle east, and Apac regions.
- Good understanding of emerging digital technologies. such as, AI, ML, RPA, OCR, Chatbots, IoT, Data Analytics, Cloudification, etc.
- Experience in Field Sales.
- Experience in Client/Account management
- Open to travel within India.
- Good experience in sales.
- Experience in sales complete cycle, starting to deal closer, end to end.
- Hunter Mindset
