About the job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing data and reporting systems, and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities: –

  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
  • Managing renewals of contract of existing customers with regular cadence with Sales
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Drive the overall sales productivity and effectiveness through a consistent and predictable business cadence
    Create and deliver regular and ad hoc sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota setting processes.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of sales tools and automation strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Keeps sales leaders ahead of business issues, specific to forecast and quarterly results, and concerns to proactively address versus reactively address.
  • Provide proactive and actionable insight to sales leadership to build quality pipeline & drive growth areas
  • Assists sales management in understanding and addressing sales deficiencies, process bottlenecks and performance inconsistencies.
  • Provide opportunity analysis based on total addressable market (white space reporting)

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA.
  • Preferably B. E/ B. Tech/ BCA/MCA
