About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, integration, and best practices to drive scalability, security, and performance.

Roles and Responsibility

1. Solution Design & Architecture

• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including data models, security, integrations, and automation.
• Design scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
• Lead technical discussions and provide recommendations on Salesforce best practices.

2. Implementation & Customization

• Oversee the development of custom applications, Lightning components, Apex, and Flows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements (roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows).
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits and optimize system performance.

3. Integration & Data Management

• Architect and implement integrations with third-party systems (ERP, Marketing Automation, BI tools).
• Design data migration strategies and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Establish data governance and security policies.

4. Governance & Best Practices

• Define development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for adoption.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
• Experience: 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, with 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.

Years of Experience

• 4 Years To 6 Years.

Technical Skills:

• Expert in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware like MuleSoft).
• Experience with Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
• Strong experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating managed packages within complex Salesforce environments.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect (preferred).
