As a Senior Member Technical Staff – QA (SMTS QA), your primary responsibility is to lead quality assurance efforts within a software development team, ensuring the highest quality standards are met by designing, executing, and managing comprehensive test strategies, while also mentoring junior QA engineers and collaborating closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
