Senior Power Automate Developer

Your Job Profile as a Senior Power Automate Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Automate Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency across various departments.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, design custom workflows and automation solutions, and ensure that these solutions are effectively integrated with existing systems and applications.


Duties and Tasks of Your Particular Role

  • Design & Develop Automation Solutions: Lead the design and development of Power Automate workflows and integrations, automating complex business processes across various systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and third-party applications).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automated processes and solutions.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to Power Automate workflows. Provide support and maintenance for existing solutions to ensure they continue to meet business needs.
  • Optimization & Performance Tuning: Continuously optimize workflows to improve performance, minimize errors, and ensure scalability.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation for the automation solutions, including workflow diagrams, user guides, and troubleshooting instructions.
  • Integration: Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft products and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Training & Mentoring: Mentor junior developers and assist with knowledge transfer. Provide training and guidance to business users on how to use automated solutions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Power Automate Features: Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new features and capabilities in Power Automate, ensuring that the organization benefits from the latest advancements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

You must have

  • Advanced knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Proficiency in creating custom connectors, APIs, and integrating external systems with Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation, including document management, approval workflows, and data synchronization.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance best practices for automation solutions.
  • Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and web services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing workflow automation solutions in Power Automate.
  • Strong experience in integrating Power Automate with other Microsoft products, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of pharma industry and their processes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Certifications(preferred)

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

Soft Skills
