We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Pre-Sales Specialist to join our
team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our technology solutions across
Digital transformation, Cloud, Data, RPA, AI/ML, Generative AI, and articulating their value proposition to potential clients, and assisting in the sales process by providing technical expertise.

Awareness in at least 2 or more industry domains such as Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Travel, Transportation & Logistics. Primary Tech skills needed in Data-AI-GenAI


Position: – Sr. Presales Architect/Principal Solution Consultant

Experience: Overall 10-15 Experience in IT Services & Consulting with 4-5 years specifically in Data-AI & GenAI Solutioning


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer provided information and understand the overall business need, ask relevant questions to drill-down on the ask.
  • Responsible for defining and driving the solution direction of business requirement/s, developing win themes/strategies, and providing leadership for proposals, client meetings and strategic pursuits.
  • Review RFx documents to understand scope of work and customer needs, develop an overarching solution to be proposed as part of the proposal response. Support proactive pitches, client workshops and proposal defense.
  • Should be able to Qualify RFx inline with Org capabilities
  • Interaction with Customer at CxO level, and our channel partners, including presentations, white papers, meetings, and further discussions.
  • Assess market level trends as well as capabilities of complementary solutions enabling larger scale solution offerings.
  • Stay current on latest technologies and solutions in Digital Transformation space (GenAI, Agentic AI). Propose new and innovative solutions to the most complex challenges.

Technical Solutioning Expertise:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges, translating them into technical solutions using our products and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the scope of work, including functional & non-functional aspects. Assess KPIs for prospective solution, what would be the benefits, and competitive advantage gained for the customer.
  • Good understanding of overall Digital transformation landscape in Cloud, Data, AI/ML, GenAI, Enterprise apps and other key technology frameworks
  • Build solution storyboard with inputs from all stakeholders – ensuring a compelling response. Should be able to draft a blueprint architecture on Data-AI specifically and work with other specialists on surrounding tech frameworks for curating the overall solution architecture
  • Perform effort estimation using information provided as part of the RFP and responses form customer on our queries, share inputs on an effective resource plan with relevant skills needed (Data-AI aspect of the solution). Plug this information to build an overall roadmap and execution approach
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create detailed proposal (Word, PPT, Excel, Google docs etc) which demonstrates technical feasibility.
  • Articulate the value proposition, focusing on how they address client pain points and deliver quantifiable benefits.
  • Should be aware of various commercials models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, Delivery, Practice groups for building a compelling proposal response

Proposal Presentations:

  • Participate in Bid defense, effectively communicating the technical aspects of our solutions to prospective clients
  • Demos & Proof of Concept (PoC): Should be able to create and run relevant demos / PoCs needed to win proposals
  • Lead the design and execution of proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities of our solutions and validate their suitability for client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Overall 10-15 years’ Experience with bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.); any other advanced degree/certification is a plus. 4-5 years specifically in Data-AI & GenAI Solutioning
  • Proven experience in a technology pre-sales role in Healthcare (Payer, Pharma, Providers, Med Devices), Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, BFSI and Shared services (HR, Administrative, F&A etc)
  • Strong technical background with expertise in the relevant technology domains (in this case Data-AI-GenAI)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, including proposal development and client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as required
