AiRo created a cutting-edge bot that can scan source documents located in a given folder, shared drive, or e-mail. The bot is able to identify and extract structured source documents, and even uses OCR if required. The bot has an inbuilt customizable algorithm that can sort cases based on various criteria such as report date, seriousness, initial or follow-up, urgent push cases, due date/time remaining and validity. The solution also has the ability to identify specific fields such as reporter consent or contactability and performs a duplicate search based on predefined values. The structured source documents for initial cases can be pushed for automated data entry, while fallout cases are prioritized for the book-in team.
