Dev Singh, our Founder and CEO, established the company in 2017 with a passion for entrepreneurship and a vision for a sustainable future. With a successful career in leadership roles at global technology firms, including FPT Software, Wipro, and Dell, Dev’s expertise has propelled Airo to become a leading AI innovation partner.

His dedication has garnered numerous accolades for Airo, including Forbes recognition, Inc. 5000 listing, the Forbes Next 1000 Entrepreneurs 2021 award, and Crains Notable Entrepreneurs 2019.

Dev is actively involved with the Chicago business community and various charitable organizations. With an MBA from IIM Lucknow, Dev leads Airo in unlocking AI’s transformative potential for businesses worldwide from his base in Chicago, US.

Nitin, our Co-Founder & COO, oversees Airo’s delivery and operations from the Gurugram (India) Office, leveraging his 22 years of experience managing large transformational programs. With a background spanning prestigious organizations like Time Warner Group and TCS, Nitin is dedicated to building a world-class culture with lean and agile operations.

Passionate about the startup ecosystem, Nitin mentors emerging companies and is closely involved in the IoT space, aiming to address real-life challenges in healthcare, living conditions, and agriculture worldwide. Active in industry groups like Smart Cities Council and IoT Interest Group, Nitin promotes technological transformation and solution expertise.

Sayak, our Co-founder & Chief AI Officer, is a motivating leader who brings deep expertise in emerging digital technologies like RPA, AI-ML, and NLP. Leading presales and marketing at Airo’s Gurugram Office, he crafts value-driven solutions for clients, drawing on over 17 years of experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, and automotive sectors.

With a background in companies like Nokia Networks and Microsoft, Sayak is committed to driving digital transformation and understanding its impact on businesses. An active member of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, Sayak holds degrees from Nagpur University and the University of Duisburg-Essen, and has a passion for Evolutionary Biology, Sociology, and Eastern Philosophy.

Samir Kumar is an IT industry visionary and business entrepreneur with more than a quarter century of experience. Prior to joining AiRo, Samir was cofounder and president of Cloudaction, an IT consulting services firm specializing in ITSM, digital experience, and cloud optimization. In that role, he worked tirelessly to elevate his company—which was acquired by AiRo in 2024—as a leader in IT consulting services by building its global profitability and gaining the trust and respect of its many clients.

Samir has devoted his entire academic and professional career to honing his expertise in outcome- driven IT. He attended the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology/Roorkee, graduating in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Samir then joined Tata Consultancy Services as an associate consultant and was quickly promoted to project lead. His upward career trajectory continued upon joining IBM, where he served as IT applications development manager from 2002 to 2009, winning an IBM Bravo Award in the process. Subsequently Samir moved to boutique IT consulting firm Stonebridge, where he built a highly successful ITSM business unit from the ground up, serving as director from 2009 to 2012 and vice president from 2013 to 2014. A credentialed leader in his field, he holds PMP and ITIL® certifications.

Samir resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering on garden projects in his neighborhood, doing creative woodworking projects, practicing yoga, and playing golf. He serves as charity program director for the Center for Civil Initiatives and is a passionate member of Tulsa’s animal rescue community.
